Soccer comes to an end

After 8 months...yes folks 8 months of Soccer we have finally come to an end. Saturday's will no longer consist of racing around trying to get out the door to make it on time, no more yelling from upstairs "Noah find your soccer shoes, Noah where are your soccer socks, Noah your uniform is on your bed come get dressed" No more standing inside watching the boys play, talking with friends, pushing our way threw the crowd or worrying about what DS game will keep Bryce happy. Today was our last game and next Saturday is just practice.

But have no fear Baseball is here!!!! Thats right we will only have a few Saturdays to do nothing before its running around yelling "Where are your cleats, is your glove in your ball bag, Ben don't forget your coaching stuff, Ben your going to be late just take Noah and we will meet you there." Monday is Ben's 1st "coaches" meeting where he will be getting our team roster. We will be the Diamondbacks this year, so hoping for Angels but thats okay. Noah is bummed that we are not the Red Soxs but I guess nobody gets to be the Red Soxs so the kids don't fight. But thanks to Grandpa this family (except Noah) will be in head to toe Angels gear. WHOO HOO!!!

So we are sad that Soccer is over but can't wait for Baseball!!! GO DIAMONDBACKS!!!

Cough*Cough*Sniffle*Sniffle

This past week we have some sick kids around here, not fun :( Im lucky that it hasn't gotten too bad but we definitely have colds running threw this house. Bryce is going 7 days but he seems to be a pro compared to poor little Chloe. Thats right Chloe has her 1st cold, poor girl. Nights are always the hardest for both of them. Bryce is up most the night hacking his lung out and Chloe has this post nasal drip thing going on. Which of course means she is spitting up more as well. Today I decided that enough was enough and hauled both them to the doctors. Not sure why....we left there with the same info I knew going in. Maybe it was the lack of sleep that made me think they could do something for us? I got some meds for the breathing treatment and was told to ride it out. Oh and watch Chloe for fevers, rash, lack of eating, blah blah blah. Hopefully this will pass soon....

Divided......

It's Baseball season again, WHOO HOO!!! Although we don't get to watch as many Angel games as we would like out here we are still pretty excited for the upcoming season. However we seem to be divided this year with our teams...cough cough..choke choke. Yes it seems that we have a little Red Soxs fan in this house now. So while Dad and Mom say Go Halos our little love bug of a 6 year old says Go Sox.....clearly he was dropped on his head as an infant ;). We were out and about yesterday and I almost got him his 1st Red Sox baseball hat but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Good thing he is lucky enough to have and awesome Aunt and Uncle who just happen to be Red Sox fans so I figure he can butter them up :).

What makes this Baseball season even better? Noah starts Tee Ball this year!!! We are super excited and to make it even better Ben will be his coach. Yep thats right people, Ben will be in charge of a group of wild 6 year old kids eager and ready to play ball. This should be lots and lots of fun. He will be coaching with our friends from Soccer so Noah is even more excited that Zack will be on his team this year. We got the coaches email yesterday for all the important dates and the season layout.

Lets play ball!!!!!!
